Here's the invitation for the 7th National Skim Open Competition.

Hello Everybody,

We are pleased to inform you that the Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte together with the An Waray Party Lists thru Rep. Florencio “Bem-Bem” Noel will be holding the 7th NATIONAL SKIM OPEN COMPETITION at the Bantay Dagat Area, Tanauan, Leyte come April 10-13, 2010.

The Municipality of Tanauan has been hosting the national event for five consecutive years, with some professional skim riders from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Canada, Australia and USA in attendance. Skim boarding in the Philippines was first introduced here in our town by a foreign national and in just few months the sport became popular not only in Tanauan but all over the Visayas and the rest of the country. Tanauan skim boarding has been featured in national televisions being the Skim boarding Capital of the Philippines.

May we take this opportunity to invite you and skim riders to join the said national event. Nightly activities and side events starts on April 4, 2010 until April 13, 2010.

1ST PLACE - PHP 100,000.00

2ND PLACE - PHP 50,000.00

3RD PLACE - PHP 25,000.00

4TH PLACE - PHP 10,000.00

GROM CATEGORY

1ST PLACE - PHP 10,000.00

2ND PLACE - PHP 7,000.00

3RD PLACE - PHP 5,000.00

4TH PLACE - PHP 3,000.00

WAHINI CATEGORY

1ST PLACE - PHP 10,000.00

2ND PLACE - PHP 7,000.00
